Image upload terms
Printmaker – Terms and Conditions for Image Upload
1. Ownership and Usage Rights
You confirm that you are the rightful owner of the image(s) or have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses to use and upload them.
By uploading, you grant Printmaker a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display the image(s) for the purpose of fulfilling your order and operating our services.
2. Prohibited Content
You agree not to upload any image that:
- Violates copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws.
- Contains sexually explicit, violent, or offensive material.
- Promotes hatred, racism, or discrimination of any kind.
- Is defamatory, harassing, or otherwise unlawful.
- Includes malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
3. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content of the image(s) you upload.
Printmaker is not liable for any misuse, loss, or legal consequences resulting from unauthorized or inappropriate content submitted by users.
4. Image Storage and Privacy
Uploaded images may be stored securely on Printmaker’s servers for the purpose of processing, printing, and fulfilling your order.
We do not share your images with third parties, except where necessary to complete your order or as required by law. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
5. Content Review and Removal
Printmaker reserves the right to review and remove any uploaded image that violates these terms without prior notice.
We may refuse service if the uploaded content is found to be inappropriate or in breach of legal or ethical standards.
6. Changes to Terms
Printmaker may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the image upload feature signifies your acceptance of any changes.
